Executive Summary

Beza-lel Consulting is a certified California microbusiness built for primes who need a delivery sub that ships. We provide senior software, data, and legacy-remediation capacity and managed IT when scopes expand, without the overhead of a large integrator. Plug us into your team for augmentation, or hand us a defined work package—principal involvement as a certified SB teaming partner on modernization work.

Strong fit for legacy app work, data integration, and milestone-driven software under CDT-style modernization programs. Available for augmentation, fixed work packages, T&M, and task-order support.

Technical Pillars

Software & Data Engineering (ETaaS)

Data Engineering & Pipelines. Pipelines and reporting your team doesn't have bandwidth to stand up.
Legacy Code Remediation. Stabilize brittle systems so milestones stop slipping.
Rapid Prototyping & Scaling. Turn pilots into production without a rewrite project.
Capacity Augmentation. Named senior engineers on your sprint cadence, with no recruiter lag.

Managed IT Services (ITaaS)

Enterprise Systems Administration. End-to-end cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-premise infrastructure optimization.
Cloud Architecture & Migration. Environments that pass security review the first time.
Helpdesk & Continuity. Keep systems running after go-live, not just the build.

Differentiators

01
How We Work With Your Team. We join your standups and tools, or we take a bounded scope and report status your way.
02
Multi-Ecosystem & Language Fluency. TypeScript, Python, Go, Java. We ship in your repo, not ours.
03
One Cert, Two Workstreams. Development and managed IT under one certified SB, so fewer subs to onboard for the same engagement.

FAQ

Do you team as a sub on public-sector IT work?

Yes. We are open to teaming as a certified SB delivery sub under primes, or as SB prime on right-sized buys. We take real workshare—augmentation or bounded packages—not pass-through arrangements.

Software and data engineering (apps, integrations, pipelines, legacy remediation, capacity augmentation) plus managed IT (cloud, systems admin, helpdesk/continuity). Salesforce implementation and M&O available.

Do you have California state past performance?

Not yet as a California state prime. We bring commercial and startup delivery experience and senior personnel depth, and are seeking a first public-sector foothold through teaming or SB-option work.
